Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems: On 10/8/2020, employees of MA Uribe Roofing LLC performing roofing work at Lot 49 Rhythm Point Drive, Saint Peters, Missouri. Employees were working on a residential roof approximately 18 feet above a lower level. Employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection.
