Employees were using a pneumatic roofing nail guns without the use of eye protection.

Employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems: On 10/8/2020, employees of Richards Construction Experts, LLC were working on a residential building located at 798 Bear Mountain Drive, Saint Peters, Missouri. Employees were removing and installing new shingles approximately 19 feet above a lower level. Employees were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system. The employees were observed on the roof of the building without fall protection.
