On or about 10/19/2020,  a)	The competent person did not conduct frequent inspection of the worksite to identify and eliminate the hazards associated with the work performed.  Employees working near an unprotected edge without the use of any fall protection.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1):Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  Location: In the parking lot area outside of 2800 W 5th St, Brooklyn, NY.  On or about 10/19/2020,  a) Employees working near unprotected sides of an excavation were not protected from falling approximately 8 feet to a lower level.
