In the trusses of 4th floor of Building 6000, located at 7738 AC Skinner Parkway, Jacksonville FL: On or about October 20, 2020, and at times prior, the employer exposed three employees to a 13 foot fall hazards and higher, in that fall protection was not utilized by employees performing framing work.
