As such company workers performing sheathing and sheathing related activities were exposed to fall, struck by, electrical, and other hazards at the worksites. Condition observed on or about 10/20/2020. b- Lot 549, 2 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ: An employee was exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 13 feet to the ground surface below, when working with one foot on the top step of a aluminum extension ladder and the other foot resting on the exterior surface of a residential structures window opening. At the time of the exposure this employee was not utilizing fall protection. c- Lot 549, 2 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 13 feet to the floor below, when accessing the second story of a residential structure by entering onto the floor and exiting the floor by standing on the exterior of an unguarded window opening when coming to and from the top step of an extension ladder. At the time of the exposure these employees were not utilizing fall protection. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.
