29 CFR 1926.251(a)(2)(iii): The employer did not ensure that rigging equipment not be used without affixed, legible identification markings required by paragraph (a)(2)(I) of this section: a) Communication Tower; On or about October 20, 2020, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees engaged in guy wire installation to struck-by and fall hazards, in that the employer allowed the use of a synthetic (kernmantle) rope, without permanently affixed and legible identification that indicated the safe working load, to lift/counterweight guy wires.
