29 CFR  1926.28(a):The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions.  On or about October 20, 2020 employees performing masonry work were exposed to chemical hazards because they were not provided appropriate protective equipment when working with cement.
