OSH ACT of 1970 Section(5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to the hazard of being struck-by a falling load. On or about October 18, 2020, and at times prior thereto, in the abrasive blasting bay, employees manually push steel panels hung by hooks to an overhead rail system. The hooks were not used in accordance with the manufacture design and exceeded the working load limit exposing employees to the struck-by hazard of a falling panel.
