The employer is failing to ensure employees are protected from struck by hazards associated with PITS training of employees. This was most recently documented on or about October 20, 2020 at Kohler Industries, 4925 North 56th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska. Evaluations of the operators' performance have not been performed when administering PITS training.
