29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: a- Lot 549, 2 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ: Three employees were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 20 feet to the ground surface below, when walking/working from a residential structure's pitched roof while wearing full body harnesses with no lanyards attached. Condition observed on or about 10/22/2020.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(16): Portable ladders with structural defects, such as, but not limited to, broken or missing rungs, cleats, or steps, broken or split rails, corroded components, or other faulty or defective components, were not either immediately marked in a manner that readily identifies them as defective, or tagged with "Do Not Use" or similar language, and were not withdrawn from service until repaired: a- Lot 549, 2 Westmont Drive, Medford NJ: Employees were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 8 feet to the ground surface below, when using an aluminum extension ladder with visibly damaged side rails and rungs. Condition observed on or about 10/22/2020.
