1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee shall receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. (a) Steam Clean Out Lines � On or about October 15, 2020 the employer did not provide adequate training that specifically outlined the hazard of opening the steam clean out system lines during the warm up period, ultimately exposing employees to a burn hazard.

(a) Salt Cake Mix Tank- On or about October 15, 2020 the authorized employees did not ensure affected employees were safely removed during system start-up exposing employees to burn hazard.
