29 CFR 1926.351(b)(2): Welding cable(s) in use were not free from improper repair or splices for a minimum distance of 10 feet from the cable end to which the electrode holder was connected:  a) At the pump building, on or about October 14, 2020 and at times prior to, the employer allowed an employee to use a welding lead that was damaged within four feet of the electrode holder, resulting in an electrical hazard.
