Employees were working from an A-Frame ladder within three feet of the edge of an unguarded deck.  B. Employees were working while on top of a deck framing, walking across unsecured boards, with holes and open edges along the walking surface.  C. Employees were working near and leaning on doorway and window frames, which were unguarded, at the rear of the construction, and had holes in the rear deck framing, exposing the employee to falling through the deck.   Tim Heimann Contracting Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1141028, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 19, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1109 Macintosh Ct., O'Fallon, IL 62269.  Tim Heimann Contracting Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1143648, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 19, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 137 Lake Vista Way, O'Fallon, IL 62269.  Tim Heimann Contracting Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1143645, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on May 19, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 143 Lake Vista Way, O'Fallon, IL 62269.
