Flexible cords and cables may pass through doorways or other pinch points, if protection is provided to avoid damage.  On or about October 15, 2020, and times prior there to, the employer failed to ensure flexible cords used by the employees were protected from damage, such as vehicular damage or metal cuts through window casings, exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
