29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The employer did not compile a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present using a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet. On or about October 13, 2020, for work at an oil and gas well pad, the employer's list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present did not include a product identifier that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet for produced water (irritant) and crude oil (flammable). Contractor employees working at a tank labeled produced water and crude oil were exposed to hazardous chemicals.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(2)(i): At a multi-employer workplace, the EMPLOYER'S hazard communication program did not include methods the employer used to provide other employers with on-site access to a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical the other employer(s)' employees may be exposed to while working. On or about October 13, 2020, for work at an oil and gas well pad, the employer's hazardous communication program did not include methods the employer used to provide other employers with on-site access to safety data sheets for hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to produced water (irritant, flammable) and crude oil (flammable, irritant). Contractor employees working at a tank labeled produced water and crude oil were exposed to hazardous chemicals.
