29 CFR 1926.652(c)(2)(i): Design of support systems, shield systems, or other protective systems that are drawn from manufacturer's tabulated data were not in accordance with all specifications, recommendations, and limitations issued or made by the manufacturer:  a) Building N23 - On or about October 20, 2020, employees installed water piping in a ten (10) feet deep trench and were exposed to overhead hazards when working in a trench box not positioned at least 18 inches above the beginning of the slope.
