29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): (a) On or about October 8, 2020, GRE Construction LLC, as a controlling employer, did not ensure that employees of Enrique Montoya, were safe from health and safety hazards by conducting effective frequent and regular safety inspections of the jobsite by a competent person, and ensuring hazards, such as but not limited to fall hazards were identified and mitigated while subcontractor employees conducted re-roofing operations at 260 Thames Dr., Colorado Springs, CO 80906.
