29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems On or about October 26, 2020, on the south side of the project site; an employee was on a roof with a slope of 16:12 without proper fall protection while performing roof shingle installation work on the exterior of the building at heights upwards of twenty (20) feet.
