29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets.  New residential construction located on Lot #38 at Bridgewater Pass, Lovejoy, GA, Front side of structure:  On or about 10/27/2020,  the employer did not provided and/or mandated the use of head protection by employees engaged in framing activities. Employees working at ground level were not protected from potential struck by hazards, in that hard hats were not worn/utilized while  2X4s and other building material were hoisted to upper levels.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees did not use eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  New residential construction located on Lot #38 at Bridgewater Pass, Lovejoy, GA, Second level top plate: On or about 10/27/2020, while in the process of completing framing activities, the employer did not ensure that employees using pneumatic nail guns were protected from eye and/or facial injuries. Employees operating pneumatic nail guns set at 120 PSI were exposed to struck by hazards from flying debris, plastic collated fragments and/or 3-inch fasteners.

29 CFR 1926.304(d): Portable, power-driven circular saw(s) were not equipped with a guard above and below the base plate or shoe.  New residential construction located on Lot #38 at Bridgewater Pass, Lovejoy, GA, front side ground level:  �	On or about 10/27/2020, while in the process of operating a Makita 7-1/4-inch circular saw to cut 2x4's used during framing activities, employees were not protected from hazards created by the rotating blade.  A wood shim was used to keep the lower guard from retracting immediately after a cut was made, thus by passing the safety.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502.   New residential construction located on Lot #38 at Bridgewater Pass, Lovejoy, GA, Second level top plate: On or about 10/27/2020, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 19-feet, 6-inches to the ground below in that, a fall  protection system was not provided to employees engaged in framing activities  or preparing to install roof trusses.

29 CFR  1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided:  New residential construction located on Lot #38 at Bridgewater Pass, Lovejoy, GA, First level stairwell:  On or about 10/27/2020, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 10-feet, 4-inches to the lower concrete slab, in that a safe means of access was not provided to the upper level as employees climbed the bracing on the wall to access the upper and lower levels of the structure to perform framing activities.
