29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level: a) Jobsite, 4489 Ohio River Boulevard, Avalon, PA: On or about October 27, 2020, during paint preparation activities, the employer did not ensure that employees working on a pick stretched between 2 fabricated frame scaffolds were using fall protection systems/devices where a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet existed.
