29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. Air Force One dba Fitzenrider Inc., worksite located at 100 Industrial Ave, Pioneer, OH, 43554: On or about October 28, 2020, The employer did not ensure employees working atop a commercial structure were adequately protected from falls. The employees working in this condition were exposed to an approximately 12.5 ft. fall to the ground below.
