No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):      a) On or about October 27, 2020, employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while working without fall protection  from a pitched roof having a ground to eave height of approximately 18 feet.  Power Home Exteriors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1486731, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 21, 2020, with respect to a worksite located at 2126 E. Lakeshore Drive, Twin Lakes, Wisconsin.             No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation.
