29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On or about April 22, 2021, On April 22, 2021, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing work on a two story residential home, at approximately twenty (20') feet above the ground, were not provided personal fall arrest systems or other means of fall protection, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. No abatement certification or documentation required for this violation. Power Home Exteriors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1499930, citation 2, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on February 12, 2021, with respect to a worksite located at 2709-2719 Langley Circle, in Glenview, Illinois. Power Home Exteriors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1486731, citation 1, item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 21, 2020, with respect to a worksite located at 2126 E. Lakeshore Drive, in Twin Lakes, Wisconsin.
