(a) On or about 10/20/2020 and thereafter - 15191 Highway 243, Russellville,  AL 35654, employees were exposed to crushed-by hazards when a 600 pound housing was not secured to prevent overturning and a 9 inch grinder was used to remove weld splatter from the surface of the housing.
