29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). (a) Various job sites on the Boulder Farms Villa subdivision construction site. On or about 10/27/2021, the employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite were performed to identify safety and health hazards such as trench cave-in hazards, fall hazards, improper use of ladders, and lack of personal protective equipment.
