29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 10/16/2020, at the jobsite located at Cannon Trace Townhomes, lots 1-7, at 305 SR 211 Winder, GA 30680: Employees engaged in upper and roof level wood framing work on residential homes without fall protection were exposed to fall hazards greater than 20' from ground level. The employer failed to ensure all employees engaged in roofing activities were protected from any fall hazards.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: On or about 10/16/2020 at the jobsite located at Cannon Trace Townhomes, lots 1-7, at 305 SR 211 Winder, GA 30680: Employees performing wood framing work on a ladder extended about one foot above the walking surface were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 11 feet from ground level. When they used a ladder to access the upper surface without extending the ladder three feet above the surface.
