29 CFR 1910.303(h)(5)(iii)(B):Permanent and conspicuous warning signs shall be provided, reading substantially as follows "DANGER -- HIGH VOLTAGE -- KEEP OUT.": On or about October 28, 2020, employees, employed by Apache Industrial Services, erected a scaffold at Corpus Christi Energy Center unit #2 gas turbine generator. The generator lacked the proper warning labels thus exposing employees to electrical hazards.
