29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazard(s) or other exposure to illness or injury:  a) On or about October 30, 2020, workers were exposed to a struck-by hazard, while the operator used a Bobcat S570 Skid-Steer Loader without being trained in its safe operation and not wearing a seatbelt.  b) On or about October 30, 2020, workers were exposed to a struck-by hazard, while the operator used a Bobcat T590 Compact Track Loader without being trained in its safe operation and not wearing a seatbelt.
