1926.20(b)(2) Such programs shall provide for frequent and regular inspections of the job sites, materials, and equipment to be made by competent persons designated by the employers. On October 28, 2020 at 203 N Main Street in Brillion, Wisconsin, employees were installing sheathing on floor trusses that were spaced two-foot on center at ten feet above the lower level without utilizing fall protection equipment; employees were walking on top of the trusses and on the sheathing.
