29 CFR 1910.134(a)(2): The employer did not provide appropriate respirators when necessary to protect employee health.  Cleveland Christian Home Incorporated located at 11401 Lorraine Ave, Cleveland Ohio 44111.  On or about October 12, 2020 employees engaged in daily care and activities of clients on the secured unit, which was the designated COVID-19 unit, were provided only with surgical masks and/or cloth masks for protection against exposure to SARS-CoV-2 virus.  At a minimum a N95 NIOSH-certified filtering facepiece respirator is necessary to protect employees from SARS-CoV-2 virus.
