OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1):The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: a) Production floor: On or about October 26, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to impact hazards, in that, the employer transported above ground compressed air through polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipes to supply compressed air throughout the facility to equipment including, but not limited to the Tuftco model 41651207-9 and the Cobble serial number TM 4095-6126 tufting machines.
