29 CFR  1926.502(b)(1):The top edge height of the top rails, or equivalent guardrail system members, was not 42 inches (1.1 m) plus or minus 3 inches (8 cm) above the walking/working level:  (a)  ROOF OF VEHICLE GARAGE, SOUTH SIDE OF BUILDING - Employee(s) performed scaffold erection operations on the roof of the vehicle garage. There was a parapet installed at a height of approximately 28 inches, however, there was nothing installed above this height to act as a top-rail, on or about November 2, 2020.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
