OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that, employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards. (a) At the EU 2-Pod 3, EU 2-Pod 2, and EU 2-Pod 1 (main hallways), 6 PVC floor drains were protruding about 14 inches above the walking surface, exposing workers to a tripping hazards. Observed on or about and at times preceding to October 21, 2021.
