29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: (a) Tank Farm, on or about October 20, 2020, employees applied 1 and 2 part and 1 and 3 part epoxy paints and had water bottles available which would not be suitable to flush the eye exposing employees to eye injuries.

29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide comprehensive, understandable training which did not occur annually and/or more often if necessary: (Construction Reference 1926.103) a) Tank Farm, on or about October 20, 2020, employees applied 1 to 2 parts epoxy and 1 to 3 part epoxy paints which contained, but not limited to, 1,2,4-Trimethylbenzene and wore half or full face APR respirators without annual training.
