29 CFR 1926.1101(g)(2)(iii):The employer did not utilize ventilation of the regulated area to move contaminated air away from the breathing zone of employees and toward a filtration or collection device equipped with a high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filter: a) Bldg 7, on or about Oct 20, 2020 and at times prior to, employees conducted asbestos abatement with material containting 3% crysotile prior to removing lead containing pipe elbows without using ventilation exposing employees to asbestos fiber inhalation.
