29 CFR 1926.451(b)(1)(ii):The platform was not planked or decked as fully as possible and the remaining open space between the platform and the uprights exceeded 9.5 inches (24.1 cm): Worksite located at 301 N. 3rd Street, St. Joseph, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard in that the scaffold was not fully decked and had large voids where employees could fall.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1):Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall be protected from falling to that lower level. Paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section establish the types of fall protection to be provided to the employees on each type of scaffold. Worksite located at 302 N. 3rd Street, St. Joseph, Missouri- Employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working on a fabricated framed scaffold which was not provided guardrails or personal fall arrest systems.
