29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a) Interior: Employees were exposed to head injuries while framing activities were taking place. The employees were not protected by a hard hat or protective helmet, on or about 10/27/20  b) Exterior front, ground floor: Employees were exposed to head injuries while employee was passing wood from to ground to the 2nd floor without the use of head protection, on or about 10/27/20.
