29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(ii):Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with a stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge: New residential construction located on Lot #35 at 6870 Springfield Way, South Fulton, GA, Stairway: On or about 11/04/2020, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of up to 10-feet, 4-inches to the lower concrete slab, in that a stair rail was not installed along the open side of the stairway used to access the second floor as employees were engaged in roof truss installation activities.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502: New residential construction located on Lot #35 at 6870 Springfield Way, South Fulton, GA, Second level top plate: On or about 11/04/2020, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 19-feet, 4-inches to the lower level, in that a fall protection system was not provided to employees engaged in roof truss lay-out and installation activities.
