The Gerardo Efrain Torres dba Gerardo Efrain Torres was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1398817, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 31, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 4193 Craigend Loop, Lot 340 Craft Farms, Gulf Shores, Alabama.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) At 24604 Thunder Gulch Lane, Lot 56 Jubilee Farms, Daphne, Alabama: On or about November 4, 2020 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform roof decking activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10.6 feet to the ground below. The Gerardo Efrain Torres dba Gerardo Efrain Torres was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1482171, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 31, 2020 with respect to a workplace located at 10480 Secretariat Blvd., Lot 20 Jubilee Farms, Daphne, Alabama.
