29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4):The employer shall prohibit arms or legs from being placed between the uprights of the mast or outside the running lines of the truck. On or about November 3, 2020, the employer did not prohibit the operator of a Raymond, Model DSD50R powered industrial truck (forklift) from placing his arms between the uprights of the mast of the forklift or outside the running lines of the forklift.
