29 CFR  1910.147(c)(4)(ii):Procedures did not clearly and specifically outline the scope, purpose, authorization, rules, and techniques to be utilized for the control of hazardous energy, and the means to enforce compliance including, but not limited to, 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(ii)(A), (c)(4)(ii)(B), (c)(4)(ii)(C) and (c)(4)(ii)(D):  BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc., Conyers, GA - On or about 11/4/20,  in the Tire Shop, Technicians placed their arms and/or body under light trucks to check the proper placement of the  lift arms. Automobiles contained multiple energies such as kinetic, mechanical and heat. Specific lockout/tagout written procedures were not developed and implemented to prevent the movement of the vehicle.

On or about 11/4/2020  at BJ's Wholesale Inc., located at 1800 Dogwood Drive SE, Conyers, Ga - The emergency exit light, over the exit door in the mechanical room  was not illuminated to provide the employees lighted access to exit the room safely.

29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section:  BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc., Conyers, GA - On or about 11/4/20,  in the Tire Shop, Technicians used spray bottles that contained EZ check leak detector. The EZ check leak detector contained ingredients such as Cocamidopropylbetaine and Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulfate. The spray bottles used by all Technicians were not properly labeled in accordance with the standard.
