On or about November 5, 2020, and times prior thereto, in the Main Shop Area, employees were required to stock and remove products and other miscellaneous items from steel storage racks that were not secured to the floor.

29 CFR  1910.106(d)(3)(ii)(b):The bottom, sides, and/or tops of wooden cabinets were not constructed of an approved grade of plywood at least 1 inch in thickness, that would  prevent it from breaking down or delaminating under fire conditions:  On or about November 5, 2020, and at times prior thereto, in the Storage Room located in the Main Shop Area, employees were exposed to a fire hazard when flammable liquids were stored in a job-made wooden storage cabinet that was not constructed with a bottom, sides, and/or tops of an approved grade of plywood at least 1 inch in thickness.
