29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a) This violation occurred on or about November 3, 2020, at the job-site located at 1720 Sheldon Drive, Forney, TX; where employees were framing a new residential single family house and were exposed to head injuries where overhead hazard exists by not wearing hard hats. HERNAN GARCIA ALDANA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 1926.100 (a) OR ITS EQUIVALENT WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1382912, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1A THAT WAS ISSUED ON MARCH 7, 2019 WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 1101 ABBY LANE MIDLOTHIAN,TX 760650. THE FINAL ORDER DATE WAS MARCH 15, 2009.
