29 CFR  1910.107(c)(6): Electrical wiring, motors, and other equipment outside of but within twenty (20) feet of any spray area, and not separated therefrom by partitions, produced sparks under normal operating conditions and did not otherwise conform to the provisions of subpart S of this part for Class I, Division 2 Hazardous Locations:   a)  D.L. Martin, Incorporated - Mercersburg Plant, Spray Coatings booth - There was a 110 volt  double receptacle not designed for hazardous locations installed to the outside wall of the booth approximately forty inches from the opening of the booth, on or about November 5, 2020.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
