29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Boots Roofing, LLC at 4370 Pebble Ridge Dr. Colorado Springs, CO 80906: On or before 11/6/2020 the creating and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees working on the second story roof of a two story townhome building were not wearing fall protection while conducting tear off operations. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 17 feet.
