Employees had not received first aid training. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.

29 CFR 1910.266(i)(10)(i):The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (i) of this section by preparing a written certification record containing the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature: (a) Poirier Logging Site : On or about November 5, 2020 and at times prior, employees were performing logging activities by de-limbing and bucking logs on the landing. Employees were trained to perform logging activities, however, no written training records were developed or kept. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
