29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: On or about November 03, 2020, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 7644 Resting Mews, NRH, Texas, a worker operating pneumatic nail guns and circular saws was exposed to struck by hazards to the eye by not wearing protective eyewear.
