29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:   On or about November 03, 2020, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 7644 Resting Mews, NRH, Texas, a worker operating pneumatic nail guns and circular saws was exposed to struck by hazards to the eye by not wearing protective eyewear.

On or about November 03, 2020, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 7644 Resting Mews, NRH, Texas, a worker performing framing work on the roof was exposed to falling 9 feet to the lower level.
