29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11):Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. On or about Oct 27, 2020, four employees were on a roof at a height greater than sixteen feet above lower level with no fall protection system in place. Ridge Runner Construction LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1230187, citation number 1, item number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/18/18, with respect to a workplace located at 131 Lynnfield Street, Peabody, MA.
