29 CFR 1926.404(f)(6):The path to ground from circuits, equipment, or enclosures was not permanent and continuous: On or about 11/6/2020 at the temporary power pole at the rear of the site closest to highway 285, workers of all trades were exposed to electrical shock and burn hazards where the duplex, GFCI outlet was not properly grounded. The ground wire was not connected for the past four months.
