On or about November 9, 2020 throughout the storage and retail areas, employees were exposed to trip and fall hazards resulting from merchandise boxes and UBoats being in front of doors and in the aisles. Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1406101, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 17, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1138 Martin Luther King Jr. Expressway, Andalusia, AL 36420.
